As you are aware, MDOT’s Office of Small & Minority Business Policy (OSMBP) provides free Application Assistance Workshops for firms considering certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) and/or Small Business Enterprise (SBE). The workshops cover the entire application and investigation process, core eligibility standards and the benefits of the certification. In response to Governor Larry Hogan’s executive order to help limit the spread of COVID-19, OSMBP will be providing the upcoming certification workshops, scheduled for September 1, 2020 (10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and October 6, 2020 (10:00 a.m.), via an online webinar.
